I don’t know why I still remember this story.
So we’re at a camp retreat during the winter months and my two friends and I had gone tobogganing, gotten cold then warmed ourselves up with hot chocolate. We skimmed through the board games and settled on playing boggle for a bit.
The interesting portion of this story commences when one of my friends heads off to the bathroom and the remaining one and I decide to mess with the letters.
We arranged the letter cubes so that the word “dictionary” could be legitimately created if one looked hard enough. Then, keeping our smiles to ourselves, we played that round once she returned only focussing on whether our third friend could find our hidden word.
To be honest, I can’t even remember if she did, I don’t think so because, knowing her, she’d have definitely freaked out about it and that’s a very memorable thing.
If you were in her situation, do you think you would have spotted the glaringly obvious? Like actually, let me know in the comments!
